Junction Box 88.3000-OCP

DESIGN AND APPLICATION:

The junction box 88.3000-OCP is a part of the ZW-1 or ZW-2 high voltage  heating coupler set. This pass-through box, mounted under the railcar, is used to fork the electric power from the main HV line to the on-board receivers.
The housing is made of aluminium alloy and equipped with internal clamp for HV cable mounted on an insulating base. HV cable is mounted in a clamp by pressing with shins via M12 nuts against the contact board.

There are two M12 and one M8 bolts inside to connect forking cables. The box is fixed to the railcar by means of two M20 bolts and the body has external M10 screw for grounding clamp connection. 

It can be used with 185 or 95 mm² HV cable.

Versions:

Standard version has P36/M25x1,5 threads but it is possible to make other threads according to the client requirements.
