APPLICATION:

Electromagnetic control of valves in hydraulic or pneumatic systems operating in potentially explosive atmospheres.

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION:

Solenoids and coils for use in potentially explosive areas are designed according to ATEX Directive and the client specific requirements.

Each time before undertaking the design process, the following parameters are to be set with the Customer:

• group of the device,
• category of the device,
• kind of explosive protection,
• range of ambient temperature,
• IP indication,
• electric parameters of the device,
• electric parameters of the power supply,
• mechanical parameters,
• size,
• kind of electric connection,
• assembly method.

Within the project we offer:

• product concept,
• preparation of the technical documentation necessary for testing and certification,
• making prototypes,
• preliminary research in the in-house laboratory,
• the implementation of mass production.
